Not as much rain as I’d expected, but still a nice change in people’s attitudes. Audio’s sickness had vanished by morning and by mid afternoon we were off to the skate park. Skateboarding is not something I was ever good at, but Audio doesn’t know that. To him I’m a professional, plus he enjoys sliding down the ramps on his butt. We stayed there for hours watching our friends quietly destroy all the smallest and most important parts of their knees and ankles. The inevitability of a generation of reconstructive surgeries. What a blast.
Also today I hid the orange tree I purchased along with a lavender plant on the back porch of someone I love. I had to climb a fire escape ladder to get up there but it was worth it. Well received. Another victory in giving.
